"You never recommend expensive 'treatments' that are not necessary"
“Bringing my car to you for regular service checkups is like having a marvelous family doctor who practices preventative medicine. It gives me total peace of mind knowing that you not only keep my car running safely, but will diagnose and nip problems in the bud before they become major (i.e. costly!) health issues. And yet you never recommend expensive 'treatments' that are not necessary - or before they are necessary.
